The Smart Humidifier 2 uses UV-C ultraviolet sterilization technology to eliminate bacteria, while releasing purified mist to cleanse the surrounding air. This allows you to create the perfect indoor environment thanks to cleaner air. The humidifier features a cutting-edge rotating mist dispenser, which rotates 360° to provide whole-room coverage without the need for constant repositioning.
The powerful UV-C sterilisation technology gives you a more purified mist for a cleaner environment. The UV-C ultraviolet sterilisation technology eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria before the water is released into the stream of mist. An all-new aromatherapy diffuser infuses the air with essential oils to create a soothing atmosphere. While a new floating plate structure moisturizes the air with minimal noise to ensure you get a good night's sleep.
The humidifier releases up to 350 mL/h of mist for whole-room coverage while its 4.5L water tanks allows for all-day operation. By releasing ultra-fine water droplets into the air it can prevent a dry indoor environment. Its large water tank allows it to operate continuously during the day without a refill. You can now easily refill the thank and add water without lifting the lid. The water tank features a transparent water level indicator so that you can keep an eye on the water level without lifting the lid.
The Xiaomi Smart Humidifier 2 is powered by smart technology, allowing you to maintain the perfect humidity levels. It also quickly responds to changes in humidity to maintain a comfortable environment. The mist output is automatically adjusted to keep humidity at optimal levels and prevent wet furniture. This way the humidity is automatically kept at 60% for optimal comfort. The humidity settings can also be adjusted in the Mi Home app, this allows you to access the full range of functions, including the timer and mist output.
Delivery:
We offer free courier delivery for all orders over R1000, orders under R1000 will incur a delivery fee of R80. Delivery takes 2-5 business days.
Orders are dispatched with one of our courier partners from our warehouse in Cape Town, within 1 working day of payment being received. We select the best / fastest courier based on your location.

Returns / Refunds:
We aim to offer the very best service to our customers, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please contact us on info@smartphoneshop.co.za.
Smartphone Shop will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer. Once 7 days has passed, the normal product warranty process applies.
Any product returned within the 7 day period must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Smartphone Shop offers FREE returns - meaning we cover the cost of collecting the item from you, simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return on info@smartphoneshop.co.za and we will facilitate the return.
Cases where we cannot offer a refund or exchange:
Only items that have been purchased directly from smartphoneshop.co.za can be returned to smartphoneshop.co.za.
Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund, credit or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank. Credits are applied and available to use within 24 hours.

Smartphone Shop supports at least a 1 year warranty on all of our items, we want you to enjoy any purchase you make from us and take pride in offering the best customer experience possible. What does the warranty cover?
Our warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Smartphone Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Smartphone Shop will either repair the Product at no charge, using replacement parts.
What does the warranty not cover?
Warranties do not cover misuse or damage by the user, in cases where there are clear signs that the product has been actively damaged or misused, the warranty will be null and void.
