Equipped with FLIR thermal imaging technology, the thermal camera offers a resolution of 80x60, a refresh rate of 9Hz, a pixel pitch of 17μm, and sensitivity below 50mK. It can measure temperatures ranging from -10°C to 450°C with an accuracy of ±3°C. This allows the camera to visualize heat not visible to the human eye, revealing temperature contrasts. The MyFLIR Pro App comes pre-installed and is maintained by FLIR. This app is intended specifically for use on the Armor 27T Pro.
The phone features a built-in 10,600mAh lithium-ion polymer battery. Charging is supported through a USB Type-C port, with 33W fast charging and 30W wireless charging capabilities. It also supports wireless reverse charging.

The Armor 27T Pro is built to be splash, water, and dust resistant. It has an IP68 rating (up to 2.0 meters for 30 minutes) and an IP69K rating under IEC standard 60529. It also meets MIL-STD-810H military certification standards. Note that the charger and accessories are not water-resistant. Resistance may reduce over time, and water damage is not covered under warranty. Never charge the device when wet.
The device runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor, specifically the MT6835T chip. It features an octa-core CPU (2 Cortex-A76 + 6 Cortex-A55) built on a 6nm process and reaches speeds up to 2.4GHz. Graphics are handled by the Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
It includes 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Storage can be expanded with a microSD card up to 2TB (Class 10 cards recommended). The system also supports Virtual Memory Expansion, allowing up to an additional 12GB of RAM via software settings. Actual available memory is less than stated due to system software.
The phone features a 6.78-inch punch-hole LCD display with IPS technology and a resolution of 1080 x 2460 (FHD+), delivering 396 ppi. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen is protected by Corning® Gorilla® Glass Victus® and includes a fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating. Due to rounded corners, the actual viewable screen area is slightly smaller than the measured diagonal.
The rear camera system includes a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.31" ultra-large Samsung S5KGN1 sensor, 1.2μm pixel size, and ƒ/1.95 aperture, supported by EIS and a 7-piece lens. A secondary 64MP night vision camera uses the OV64B1B sensor with an ƒ/1.79 aperture. Photo resolution goes up to 6144x8192 pixels, and video supports up to 2K resolution.

We offer free courier delivery for all orders over R1000, orders under R1000 will incur a delivery fee of R80. Delivery takes 2-5 business days.
Orders are dispatched with one of our courier partners from our warehouse in Cape Town, within 1 working day of payment being received. We select the best / fastest courier based on your location.

We aim to offer the very best service to our customers, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please contact us on info@smartphoneshop.co.za.
Smartphone Shop will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer. Once 7 days has passed, the normal product warranty process applies.
Any product returned within the 7 day period must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Smartphone Shop offers FREE returns - meaning we cover the cost of collecting the item from you, simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return on info@smartphoneshop.co.za and we will facilitate the return.
Cases where we cannot offer a refund or exchange:
Only items that have been purchased directly from smartphoneshop.co.za can be returned to smartphoneshop.co.za.
Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund, credit or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank. Credits are applied and available to use within 24 hours.

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Smartphone Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Smartphone Shop will either repair the Product at no charge, using replacement parts.
What does the warranty not cover?
Warranties do not cover misuse or damage by the user, in cases where there are clear signs that the product has been actively damaged or misused, the warranty will be null and void.
