The built-in 33.6Wh lithium-ion battery pack and 12V low voltage design will ensure you can enjoy the cool breeze even during an unexpected power outage. Its adjustable wide-angle ventilation offers airflow for up to a maximum distance of 14 metres, letting you cool the whole room more efficiently.
Compared with traditional fan blades, the 7+5 double-layer wing-shaped blade of Xiaomi Smart Standing Fan 2 Pro can generate a much softer breeze for your comfort. The inner-layer and outer-layer fan blades each generate airflow at a different speed, which effectively eliminates any air vortex, resulting in a wider, softer and more comfortable natural breeze. The design of double-layer fan blades enables the inner-layer blades to disrupt the focused air flow generated by the outer layer blades, making the ventilation wider and more gentle, while bringing you an even better experience than the breeze you find in nature.
In addition to the traditional control buttons on the top, the fan supports voice control, letting you remotely control the Fan 2 Pro via the Mi Home/Xiaomi Home app, as well as smart interaction with other Xiaomi smart home devices. For additional protection, the magnetic charging dock is equipped with overcharge protection. This allows it to automatically stop charging once the battery is fully charged.
Delivery:
We offer free courier delivery for all orders over R1000, orders under R1000 will incur a delivery fee of R80. Delivery takes 2-5 business days.
Orders are dispatched with one of our courier partners from our warehouse in Cape Town, within 1 working day of payment being received. We select the best / fastest courier based on your location.

Returns / Refunds:
We aim to offer the very best service to our customers, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please contact us on info@smartphoneshop.co.za.
Smartphone Shop will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer. Once 7 days has passed, the normal product warranty process applies.
Any product returned within the 7 day period must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Smartphone Shop offers FREE returns - meaning we cover the cost of collecting the item from you, simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return on info@smartphoneshop.co.za and we will facilitate the return.
Cases where we cannot offer a refund or exchange:
Only items that have been purchased directly from smartphoneshop.co.za can be returned to smartphoneshop.co.za.
Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund, credit or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank. Credits are applied and available to use within 24 hours.
Warranties
Smartphone Shop supports at least a 1 year warranty on all of our items, we want you to enjoy any purchase you make from us and take pride in offering the best customer experience possible. What does the warranty cover?
Our warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Smartphone Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Smartphone Shop will either repair the Product at no charge, using replacement parts.
What does the warranty not cover?
Warranties do not cover misuse or damage by the user, in cases where there are clear signs that the product has been actively damaged or misused, the warranty will be null and void.
