The Smart Band 7 supports over 110 sports modes, giving you much more options and offering you a wide variety of modes to help you keep track of burnt calories, heart rate changes, and workout durations. It can track your real-time heart rate all day long and deliver precise reviews in easy-to-read graphs. Blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) is a key indicator of a person's overall health, reflecting the oxygen levels in the blood. The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 will also vibrate to alert you if your blood oxygen level is too low, this protects you from potential health risks.
The Smart Band 7 can also monitor your sleep patterns with care and accuracy. This gives you detailed statistics regarding your deep and light sleep as well as any REM phases during your sleep thanks to advanced monitoring in your additional settings. For safety, the Band 7 supports 5ATM water resistance up to 50m, making it safe for swimming.
Please note that the Xiaomi watch strap is only covered by a 1-month limited warranty while the watch itself is covered by a 12-month warranty.
Delivery:
We offer free courier delivery for all orders over R1000, orders under R1000 will incur a delivery fee of R80. Delivery takes 2-5 business days.
Orders are dispatched with one of our courier partners from our warehouse in Cape Town, within 1 working day of payment being received. We select the best / fastest courier based on your location.

Returns / Refunds:
We aim to offer the very best service to our customers, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please contact us on info@smartphoneshop.co.za.
Smartphone Shop will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer. Once 7 days has passed, the normal product warranty process applies.
Any product returned within the 7 day period must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Smartphone Shop offers FREE returns - meaning we cover the cost of collecting the item from you, simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return on info@smartphoneshop.co.za and we will facilitate the return.
Cases where we cannot offer a refund or exchange:
Only items that have been purchased directly from smartphoneshop.co.za can be returned to smartphoneshop.co.za.
Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund, credit or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank. Credits are applied and available to use within 24 hours.

Smartphone Shop supports at least a 1 year warranty on all of our items, we want you to enjoy any purchase you make from us and take pride in offering the best customer experience possible. What does the warranty cover?
Our warranties cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Smartphone Shop will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Smartphone Shop will either repair the Product at no charge, using replacement parts.
What does the warranty not cover?
Warranties do not cover misuse or damage by the user, in cases where there are clear signs that the product has been actively damaged or misused, the warranty will be null and void.
