What happens if you send me the wrong things?
If we have delivered the wrong product, a faulty product, or if you received your order and it was not in one piece please email email@example.com to arrange collection and exchange.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
To check the whereabouts of your order, you will need to go to the courier website where you will be able to track and trace your parcel. Should you order not arrive, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 021 671 5118.
Returns / Refund Policy
Smartphoneshop.co.za will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer.
The delivery costs and/or associated fees (courier insurance mandatory) of the return of a product will be the liability of the customer returning the product.
Any product returned in this instance must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Any refund processed in this instance WILL NOT include delivery costs and/or associated fees. You will only be refunded for the purchased-price of the products.
smartphoneshop.co.za requires that a customer requests a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM by emailing email@example.com.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Smartphoneshop.co.za can be returned to Smartphoneshop.co.za. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
