Delivery:
We offer free courier delivery for all orders over R1000, orders under R1000 will incur a delivery fee which is calculated at checkout based on your location. Typical delivery rates are as below:

Returns / Refunds:
We aim to offer the very best service to our customers, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to arrange a return, please contact us onĀ info@smartphoneshop.co.za.
SmartphoneĀ Shop will refund a customer in full for products purchased and returned within 7 business days of the product being received by the customer. Once 7 days has passed, the normal product warranty process applies.
Any product returnedĀ within the 7 day period must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way.
Smartphone Shop offersĀ FREEĀ returns - meaning we cover the cost of collecting the item from you, simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return onĀ info@smartphoneshop.co.zaĀ and we will facilitate the return.
Only items that have been purchased directly from smartphoneshop.co.za can be returned to smartphoneshop.co.za.
Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund, credit or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and may take up to 3 working days to appear in your bank account depending on your bank.Ā Credits are applied and available to use within 24 hours.
